The organic vege/fruit from 紅菜頭 are not from Japan, I think most of them are local grown. I sometimes buy the food there to make congee for my baby. Or you can go to Jusco & see if they have any organic or fresh fruit/vege from Japan as well. Hope it helps!

I usually buy local organic vegetable for my baby as some of them are monitored by the government. Other than those supervised by the government, I'll buy from 360 or Citisuper or larger supermarket as I trust they will do due diligence on goods they distribute. Actually, there are very few organic Japanese food as I always think that Japanese food usually have a lot of addictives so they appear to be nicer.
