My 21mths son attended their playgroup (siu sai wan campus) when he was 16mths old. The course is so so only, 10-15mins free play time, circle time for group activities/songs, snack time and artwork at last. My son just enjoy playing toys and walk around the classroom at that time. It's really hard to force him sit down still for story time. The teacher is a bit old (guess over Age 50 guy). In my opinion, $190 per lesson (10 lessons per course) is a bit not worth.
