I will choose "B"...cos "A" is too academic focus and stuff the kid with too many works....for a grade 3 pupil need to learn French and Latin is too much for him....frankly speaking unless u use it daily or else u will forget about it eventully...learn Spanish is useful in States as it has a lot of Mixican minority so it is very practical (I graduate from California so I know) and I strongly feel that kid should enjoy their childhood time without worry too much.....to me Elementry is not so critical but junior high and high school is which the studuent that yr kid mix with is very important.
The school area is very important and since US has a lot of gun shooting cases so better sent him to a save environment.....and also driving 20mins without traffic is too long......8 mins is more reasonable.....moreover driving 8 mins which mean the school is near to yr place....so there will some neighbour's kid will go to the same school....it will provide a lot of help like car pooling and the mum can get together more often...yr child have companion to go school and also got friends when come home...my cousin went to a near-by school and all her best friends were our neighbour....they always have slumber party :) and we don't need to worry what kind of pp she mix in school

其實要考試先可以入既學校一共有 10 間
但係報時只可以揀 up to 6 間
(我只揀咗 3 間)
所以好少會有人揀埋 exactly 一樣既學校
而且呢度既 neighbor kids 通常都係去返呢邊既 neighborhood school
(我屋企既 neighbor school 係冇咁好)
唯有就要靠考入去又或者抽入去既學校(可以跨區)
所以 car-pool 呢個情況冇咩可能發生
其實我都真係好擔心個地區情況
否則我都會揀咗 A 而唔出 post 徵詢意見
不過有一樣嘢係唔可以否認既
就係小朋友係應該 enjoy o佢地既童年囉!
