I remember the health center's nurse told me that BB may be 腹瀉 if his poo poo is watery or 有黏性, like 鼻涕. Therefore I think to be save, better bring your baby to the doctor with his poo poo to find out what happen.
But don't be too worry. Breastfeed babies are the healthest. Just 以防萬一. :mrgreen:
