Yes, their application form indicated the BOD of nursery from 1-Jan-2008 to 31-Aug-2008. I called them and mentioned my son was born in Oct-2008. She said you could still submit the form and will be treated as 插班生 if they have any vacancy. So, I submitted it and at least could get a chance to interview.
