I am going to hire a bun bun, but cannot make up my mind whether which kind of bun bun below is better:
1) bun bun who did not have oversea working experience, just work in phillipine.
(I am afraid it will use quite a lot of time to teach this kind of bun bun, but will they be more obedient and hard working?)
2) bun bun who has worked in Singapore. (But I am worried they will compare the working enviorment with the Singapore employer also, if this kind of bun bun is not stable?)
Please let me have your comments if you have experience in employing bun bun of above.

But she is smart.
No need to teaching so long time.
I just take 4 days leave to stay with her.
Then ask my 99 to monitoring for your jobs.
All instructions are given by me only not 99.
Actually, most of bun bun learnt & heard so many things from their relatives or friend.
If you want a one just helping to take care of kids.
I opion is find a married one with children also.
When you choose the maid via video, you must listen careful for her English. If you cannot hear what she said. How you can communicate with her then.
For me, I will choose the maid work in Singapore before. As Singapore is a very clean city. Their standard will be better. If the maid just work in Phillipine, I am afraid that they are very dirty and is not easy to up to standard.
My bun bun is in yr case nbr 2 (ever worked in Singapore b4) - 2 yrs at Singapore + 8 yrs in HK. I hired her for 5 mths. Till today, I feel comfortable for her to take care my 4.5-mth bb. Her cooking & housework are ok la.
I feel happy to hire this Bun Bun who did not have oversea working experience, just work in Philippine. She is 22-year-old now & single. She is a smart girl (quite beautiful), obedient & good at English (she is major in English in University). Although her cooking techniquie is not so good at first, it is improved now. She worked in HK only for 6 months since Oct. 2004. Moreover, my son's English is improved. I like her.
