Although this is a little known estate, it is very close to good schools, a nice kids' playground, the riverside, market, good restaurants,bus terminal and City One MTR Station. Also available within 5 minutes walk village bus to Sheung Wan in the morning.
The estate is right next to a park and with plenty of trees around it.
The only reason I moved out was because I need a bigger flat. My last tenant stayed there for three and a half years and only moved because they have now bought their own home.
