尼2個食譜係抄人地嘅,不過我做過係work嘅,而且燉花膠通常係要比d果皮落去,不過唔知點解。
花膠燉鮮奶
花膠先出水切粒,用果皮少許薑片,加入燉盅內,加入熱水至盅內一半,燉2.5小時加冰糖燉30min再加入250ml奶燉10min即成
花膠燉冰糖
花膠用薑葱出水後切粒,加白連子(一定要用白的)熱水果皮一角及花膠放入燉盅內燉3hr,加冰糖再燉30min就ok
