Well, I have the same experienced now that my domestic helper also an university graduate with less than 2 years working experience as domestic helper in HK before came to my house.
My conclusion is that she may be a good "teacher" to you child, but definitely not a good maid as she also have the expectation herslef. She may be have the thoughts that she is well educated and doing housework may be insulting her e.g. cleaning, cooking is not her cup to tea. She would not have the interest to do such kind of housework.
