X成僱傭 is famous in making up maid's background, their maids do not have education or experience as they claimed. I have hired my first and second Indonesian maids at X成僱傭 because I don't have experience at that time and end up firing both of them.
One thing I need to remind you is that don't trust any advice from X成僱傭, they are doing things in favour for themself and the maid but definitely not you. I think you are putting yourself at risk by letting the maid staying at your home while she know that she are terminated. You don't know what damage she will do to your home and your kid. Unless you have some one at home to watch her 24 hours, but I don't think this is feasible either because she can always some way to do things she wants to do. If I were you, I will kick her out of the house and write to the immigration department immediately to release your responsibiliy of her. I don't know if X成僱傭 will teach your maid any tricks but I have experienced that X成僱傭 has taught my first maid how to make herself get away from being sent back to Indonesia. Remember, she is still under your custody if the contract is not yet terminated, if something is wrong with her, you have the fulll responsibility. So please be careful with X成僱傭, don't ever trust them
X成僱傭 is lying to you. If you give one month notice to the maid and if she decides to leave immediately, you don't need to pay a cent but only the air ticket. But you must get the maid to sign the letter agreeing that she is leaving by herself not you asking her to leave. Did you do this step, this letter is an important piece of evidence to safeguard you from being sued by the maid and you can use this letter to claim the tax back.
My maid left last month by herself, she refuse to sign a letter so I have to call the police to my house to witness that this is her decision to go. After the police come, she turn around and say she want to stay but I told her that the police already record you resign by yourself so you have to go and she finally signed the letter. This letter has helped my in applying another maid also claim back the tax.
When I brought her to the agent, the agent keep asking the maid if this is her decision but the first thing I told my agent that is the police already record the case, the agent has no choice but has to the let the maid go. All agent will help Indonesian maid in their first 7 months because they are on loan, if they are sacked, the agent will loose money, so don't trust any agent.
