仔仔差不多13個月了, 只有一隻牙仔, 擔心鈣質不夠, 想給BB吃點乳酪, 卻一直不知道吃甚麼牌子的, 給成人吃的乳酪可以嗎? 請問各位媽媽通常給BB吃哪一種及甚麼牌子的乳酪呢? 謝謝.

我通常在吉之島買，有一款是 DANON, 1 pack有4盒，＄49.9 made in Japan, (Aptia有時特價 $39.9)
另一款是baby Yoplair 一樣1 pack有4盒， $44 made in Aust. 盒上有bb樣）（百佳亦有得買）
Both are baby yogurt

YOPLAIT, 有細PACK 的, 細PACK 的是一歲以上食的, 樓上媽媽講, 一PACK 4 包的是6M 以上的, 但太大包, 次次都食唔晒的, 所以我都轉買細的.

yeah, adult yoghurt is ok and far cheaper

I buy Paul's original favour plain yoghurt and always add some fruits in, one cup is 200ml, can break it for 3 times to eat

咁請問你地阿b幾多個月先比佢地食yoghurt / 芝士 ??? 我隻bb而家7個月... 唔知可唔可以比佢食??

yes, for 7-mth old bb, you can try to feed them yoghurt and cheese, if you don't try it before, just eat a little bit first and add the amount gradually

for cheese, I choose those with less salty taste and high calcium content, never feed bb soft cheese made by un-pasterized milk, you can either eat in cold or hot, cold : in piece, in spread (like cream cheese spread) or in cube size, hot : you can add it in congee/oatmeal/rice/noodles/potatoe mash, etc.........

No, usually adult take low fat,
but baby need whole fat. You can try Paul's original favour plain yoghurt, but it is very sour. I try mixing this with YOPLAIT 6cups/ pack, my baby really like it.

My baby doesn't like cold food. Can I warm the yogurt and feed him?
