請幫忙翻譯此段英文,因本人的英文很差,有些明白,但有些不明白,麻煩各位,謝謝.

It is a Catherine cottage.
Thank you for the report.
Customer's luggage prepares the commodity on January 26.
It is scheduled to send it out on the 26th when it is possible to prepare it.
