如工人只做了5-6个月就炒,
咁佢又未做滿一年,
炒佢時,要按比例比返大假(折$)佢嗎?

如僱員在個別假期年內只受僱滿3 個月但不足12 個月,除因犯嚴重過失而遭即時解僱外,僱主須支付按比例計算的年假薪酬給僱員。
