you can check with YMCA of Hong Kong, they always get so many different summer camp for kids.

Summer camp in Utahloy International School

You can try Utahloy International School. They have campuses in Guangzhou and Zengcheng with 5 stars boarding facilities. They offer summer camp for children age 5 to 17 with transportation arrangement to and from HK and Guangzhou.
