Don't be upset! You are lucky to have a nice maid and she is also lucky to have you here too!
I hope next day when my maid retired I will also miss her like you coz that means our relationship is really good. Hope your next maid will as good as the old one and may God bless your old maid will enjoy her life back to her home town!
For the Remittance (T/T), Those are the suggestions:
1) PNB (Phil. National Bank)
? shop, 2/F., Worldwide Plaza,
Central, H.K.
2) RCBC Telemoney Remittance Centre
Shop 127-129 Worldwide plaza,
Central, HK. Tel 2501-0703 / 2537-8342
Both are OK (cheaper than HK Bank, HS bank, etc...), PNB is the national bank of PHIL and the rate sometimes is cheaper than RCBC.
Hope the data can help you!
It's happy to learn from that. Remember the time when my maid was leaving a year ago. She wrote a X'mas Card to my son, saying goodbye "son"... I was so touching when I saw the word "son"...
I want to know the age of your maid too. My existing maid will be 45 after she finished her 2nd contract. She is quite impolite to me and Sir. However, she treat my children good. I am sure my children will miss her if she doesn't take care of them. Moreover her performance is OK except impolite to adults, slow and sometime lazy (physically not as good as those 20 - 30). I will renew her contract if she willing to do so. I don't want my children experience sad and separation. It is no good for little children. I will also miss her for she already stay at my home for few years.
I've been told my indo maid to take care of my 80's old mother is most important, But she all the way phone to her fans in the kitchen and never watch my mother.
My mother is very kind to each maid,
(She paid all the bills for the maid when each time they go shopping and never shout to the maid for their mistaken.)
But they made me & my mother disappointed every time..
Anyway, I will say "congratulations" to who are having a good maid.
