媽咪 四月會跟阿哥去澳洲, 但回程就自己一個人由brisbane番hk。

佢70歲多, 唔識英文, 過關填表或去登機驚佢唔曉, 應該搭邊條airline 好啲? 同埋點樣可以搵到中国人幫佢過關同帶佢登機?

most of the staff speak chinese
and ground staff can assist your mom to go through custom and immigration

CX service is "Meet and Assist".

You can pay HK$400 as "Unaccompanied Minors". The staff will keep the passport also.

"Unaccompanied Minors" only for kids
and cabin crew do not keep passport for any adult pax as I know
