i only start 清胎毒 at 35 wks - because i don't know c-section also need to do this... Although i did drink soya bean milk and green bean sweet soup on and off at lunch time and dinner before that, is it too late? What will happen if 清胎毒 is not done enough? I'll give birth 5 days later la... worried...:(
