i don't think so, as you are already married and you have your own family, thus family re-union is not your category.
you could try to see if your 同父二母的妹妹 could sponsor your family to come over - which implies they will be fully responsible for all your living expeneses and others if you were approved to live in canada (i.e. can't get any welfare during your stay)..
