Yes, I did, but I'm not written in any black & white, but do it verbally on the "pay day" (only when I feel necessary, not in regular basis).
Usually, I will let her know which areas she performed not up to the standard or remind her some careless mistakes she made in that month, ask her to improve, and then pay her the salary afterwards. I think this is the moment she is fully attended.
