Does anyone know that is there any Yoga class around Tai Po, Fanling and Sheung Shui?

Better if they have few classes a day, so that I can walk in for the class whenever I am free, like those yoga center in Kowloon and Hong Kong side.

星期日經過上水廣場,發現4月13樓有1間yoga center 開,叫beauty yoga,已經開咗1間係屯門,依家係上水廣場開多間,有yoga class,dance class同單車class任上,
係12樓有counter sale緊
