You must let him have your phone number and tell him not go with any person that he don't know when maid not with him. Hope your maid will not do this again because they always forget after serval months.
She's already offence in an Law for a person who's neglect to take care a child under 10 years old. Please give her a serious misconduct notification and ask her to sign. Its better to have witness's signature, such as the AGENT. The maid should not have serious mistake during her contract period otherwise you can dismiss her without any compensation.
