Hi 各位

請問有冇去過加拿大魁北克？
請問我六至七月去，天氣如何？需要準備多少衣服呢？
還有甚麼好介紹？

我舊年10月去過，本來就吾凍既，不過好大風，仲落雨就變得凍佐喇。6、7月應該吾係好凍，應該吾洗著褸，不過要帶風褸同薄褸就好d，您去之前可以上網check 下天氣架。 :wink:

I used to live in Montreal for 6 years. Maybe I can help you.

June/July is the best time visiting Quebec. During the day is warm and sunny, but it will be a little cool in the evening, i.e. 12 C. You should bring a coat with you.

If you like music (as your login name is GMajor), July will have the world's largest Jazz Festival in Montreal. Music is all around the street of downtown Montreal.

GMajor,

I haven't used Biotherm for awhile, so I am not sure if the price is cheaper. Plus, you have to pay 15% sale taxes here, so it may be similar price in HK. But you can ask for samples in the counter here to try before buying it. If you go to Times Square in Richmond Hill, there is a Sophies and pay no tax for all the cosmetic; it may be a little cheaper... but remember now the Canadian $$ is high.

It will be so relaxing to drink coffee in the patio in Old Montreal. Overall, coffee is tasty in Montreal.

Do you like dessert? If you are going to St. Joseph church, remember to visit Rockaberry on Queen Mary St. The cream pie is sooo yummy!

Where are you going in Quebec? Montreal? Quebec City?

我鐘意嘆甜品架，最好加一杯 coffee，好正架！雖然少少東西，但已經好 enjoy啦！

我同husband及成班人出發，Toronto>Montreal>Quebec City。不過我怕搭長途車，我會暈車浪架。 :-(

I love dessert too... There are many cafe in Canada. I would suggest Second Cup; it is similar to Starbucks. Second Cup is Canadian is more warmy; there are sofas, fireplace in the cafe. It has a points card system; buy 6 times earn 1 free coffee.

In Montreal, remember to try cheese cake~ Also Ben & Jerry's ice-cream, Eggspection big breakfast... there is a Japanese own restaurant near Guy Metro station called Sakura, very tummy...
in Toronto, remember to visit Niagara on the lake, it is near Niagara Fall. There are many winery and you can join the free tour and wine tasting for free. Near by, you can have cherry picking in Ste. Catherine.

In Quebec, the sales taxes is calculated differently. $$ x 0.8 x 0.7 vs Ontario $$ x (0.8+0.7), understand?

Montreal is like a business center plus there are many tourist places. Old Montreal is a like a small version of Quebec City. Quebec City is a town like europe.

I only went to Quebec City once. I love to "drink drink, eat eat" in Montreal.

你住係加拿大咁耐有冇去過Banff National Park? 不知是心情定是實際環境太美, 過去我曾到過很多國家但覺得在Banff住的兩日一夜真是太舒服了, 山和湖的比例像楅畫, 河水是淺籃色的, 行在街上真有點住在世外的感覺, 不知經過這許多年那裡是否依舊模樣呢?

它位置近Edmonton而Edmontonk有個好大嘅Mall入面有機動樂園和水上樂園的.

I have been there only twice. I was there 1.5 years ago. The nature is soooo beautiful! Every photos we took there are like postcard. I heard Jaspar is even nicer because you can see big horn deer, bear, many animals there. So envy those people who live in Calgary and able to go every week.

GMajor,

Banff is in Alberta which is 4 hours flight away from Toronto. If you are going to Vancouver/ Calgary/ Edmonton next time, remember to go.
