dental service is not included in ohip. for optical, my two daughters are still free of charge for the annual eye exam, age 11 and 15.

睇牙係一定要比錢，OHIP從來都唔包。
以我所知，驗眼係包到19歲。（20-64歲係唔包，unless你有特別情況）

if u want free dental services, could try to register as the patient in the dental school. then u will be served by the dental student (with the profession there to watch). My husband went there once - (in downsview) but really take a long time...a normal 45 mins teeth cleaning took almost 1.5hrs. so unless u have plenty of time, and don't mind travel to down town and act as the "white Mouse" for the student to practice. then go for it.

i don't know, as we were requested by 66's neice. her friend is a dental student and need to get a patient to practice. but that's in 2003. will see how it works and let you know..

here is the link, just surf around and found it now it charge patient but with lesser fee... and the clinic is really in downtown.... so it is diff from those day (2003).

another thing out of topic, i got the T4 for my daugher, she got 4xxx last year for 2 or 3 jobs. so better ask your friend to check her daughter's agent. $1xx each job is really unreasonable.

其實安省有一個CINOT program，係俾18歳以下冇牙醫保險既小朋友免費睇牙同整牙，小朋友學校應該有通告介紹呢個program架喎。因為舊年我收到通告曾經打過電話去問，但我公司有保險所以唔參加得。不過冇讀緊書既小朋友都可以打去登記架。
