[淘寶] 如何退回運費? [複製鏈接]

因第一次係淘寶買野，想貨到即付運費, 但不小心按了付款, 賣家說可以等收到貨後「申请一下运费的退款」....那即是如何退呢?? 收到貨後按退款...還是....????

喺"已買到的寶貝"嗰頁,
妳會見到"退款"按鈕,
跟住妳依照指示去做就得喇

I had same experience before. I asked the seller that I cancel all the goods first (所有貨退款), refund all . Then I will order the same goods again (another trade) and ask the seller to change the transportation fee to be "0" before I confirm to pay. You can try to "旺旺" seller first, if he agree, you can try this method.
