Now, a lot of mainland buyers they focus on those units (with sea view) of Ocean Shores in TKO.
It is because the price is only half compare with those units (with same view and quality) in South Kowloon.
There is a road which can drive to kowloon east directly (then easten tunnel to hk island) . Don't need to pass through TKO tunnel (jam every morning and evening). i.e. 15 mins only to hk east (drive).

not very 實用, about 80% only. However, it make you feel comfortable. (reasonable room area)
for 1 room unit - around 5xx sq fts
for 2 rooms unit - around 700 sq fts
P.S. I don't like those flat 700 sq fts with 3 rooms (all rooms are very small)!
