my mother-in-law is living there.
environment : it depends on direction of flat, the public area such as garden,supermarket and shopping centre are clean.
building quality : really big - 80% actual living area and it is a HW's property, I think no problem on it.
traffic : by Van to MTR/tsuen wan just take less than 5 minutes, there has bus to TST, SHA TIN, CWB; Van to KT,MK,YL,KF...
shopping : there has a Park'n Supermarket, so you don't need to buy things outside estate.
