I think you should post the agency name out here. I have come across the same experience as you 4 years ago and the agent is a very big and famous one "Tak xxxxx" in Central. They told me that the maid have working experience in Taiwan for a couple of years, however, it turned up that she did not have any common sense and was terminated after she worked for me for less than a week.
