My maid used washing machine to clean her clothes very often, sometimes even few clothes so I told her you can only use 1 time every week and her underwear needs to handwash every day. She is always alone at home and in the past 2 weeks I stay home more often and found out she separate her color and white clothes to wash and hang in the balcony early in the morning! But our clothes can wait for a week without washing and even wash, all color is mixed together! The worst is ours are hang in the toilet but hers is hang outside! One time, I found my jeas missing for a week so I asked her, she took it out from my son's room and it is still damp! I asked her why she explained it rained yesterday! But I said if it rained yesterday, how come it is not in the toilet but in my son's room! She took out the iron and prepared to iron it till dry. I said no coz it is smelly if you iron it DRY! Then I asked today is not raining, why you know to wash your clothes and hang outside by SIR and mine are placed in the room? She didn't answer and walked away! Today, I found out she didn't wash her underwear every day coz all are hang in the balcony. I asked her and she simply said she waits until today to wash at one time! I said the are dirty and this is hygeine issue! What can I do?

You have spoiled your maid and 害自己受氣了。
In the begining I told my maid to hand wash her clothes, then spin in the washing machine, her underwear (not allow to spin in the washing machine), then hang inside the toilet. For our clothes (for those towel, jeans), I take to right to put into the washing machine and let the maid to hang them. For those tops of ours, I require her to hand wash and spin. Our clothes should hang out in the balacony (of course it is subject to weather).
For food, just buy share food with ours (I allocate to her). Buy some instant noodle, frozen sausage, ham, vegetable and egg for her. If not enough, she buy herself ON HER OWN ACCOUNT.
Tell her clearly her daily duties and your preferred practice and require her to follow strictly.

叫佢晚晚冲完涼後自己手洗佢嘅衫先好去瞓，牛仔衭都係，然後比佢响露台晾飽佢！唔知自己咩身份，好似响佢屋企咁，鍾意點就點，都神經！

she has very good knowledge of washing clothes, e.g. she knows how to seperate HER colored & white clothes!!! and put HER own clothes under the sun in the balcony!!!!

she is very selfish!!! and also very stupid...as that's so obvious that she is just here to do her own stuff in good manners, but yours in a lousy way!!!

If she continues to be that selfish, I suggest u can fire her! the 'selfishness' is built in her character, you can't change her unless she is prepared to change for the sake of her job!!!

Thank you all! She is a BUN! Actually, I verbally told her and reminded her few times and also in black and white too! The worst thing is both my husband and I always away from home, we only come back once or twice in a week so most of the time she can do whatever she wants! Whenever I am in HK, I will keep checking on this and that and told or scold her what has done wrong! We already prepared a check list and simly asked her to follow! But you know, it is really tiring if you have to spend your rest day doing house audit everytime! I reall want to fire her but we realy dont have time to train another one and always no luck in getting a good maid!

Yes, better fire her, see, you and your husband's not always at home, so 無皇管, how old is your son? The whole house just your son and her, what a good job. Really 筍工. 咁都做唔好, 炒咗佢揾個part time 好過.

Fire her la. Her attitude is too bad to be here. Judging from her attitude, this may be only one of the stuff that you have discovered but there could actually be a lot, since you are always not there.

fire her and never hire BUN again, all the BUN are selfish only take take take. hire partime, if she has been spoilded like that she must sleep on your bed and may invite her fds to you place when you are away. mine 偷野食 and stay in my bedroom when i back home suddently around 9:00 - 10:00 pm!!
