公司終於請到新人啦

希望今次唔會有咩意外啦

而家整更一份合約
可唔可以幫我翻譯英文 (紅色部份)
另外幫我睇吓中文 & 英文對照是否正確

5. Overtime work shall be included if
necessary at no extra labour cost charges
（沒有額外的超時工作補發）

no extra pay for overtime work (but is it legal to write it down??)

casual leave has to be applied one
week in advance and needs to be approved

7. One week's advance notice/application is required for any casual leave and is subject to approval.

Date Of Work -> commencement of appointment

1. Probationary period of 3 months

3. All general holidays stipulated by the HKSAR government will be granted.

4. Annual leave entitlement

5. No overtime payment

6. Sick leave application should be supported by medical certificate

7. Annual leave to be taken must have 7 days of prior approval from line manager.

8. One month's notice in writing or payment in lieu will be required for termination of employment
