小女15個月大, 受濕疹困擾, 剛剛做完食物敏感測試, 對很多食物都敏感, 尢其對牛奶, 飯及蛋最為嚴重, sigh!

咁她可以食什麼呀?

my son also has food allergy (wheat, egg...) but this is the first time I hear someone who is allergic to rice!! maybe you can let your child eat yam, potato in replace of rice.
and if your child has no allergic reaction to other meat, vegetable, fruit, I think there are quite alot of food choice! good luck!

See a dietician. They will come up with a balanced diet that suits your kid's allergy condition.

你個食物敏感測試係驗血定皮膚測試?

以我仔1歲到4歲都有濕疹的經驗, 食物對濕疹的影響其實好少, 天氣比較嚴重。

飲奶可以轉低敏/豆奶

飯其實唔係食物敏感到呼吸唔到, 中國人冇咩需要戒

蛋, 大大吓會食到, 我仔都係2歲先食蛋(蛋白食物敏感)。

You are not alone, I am also guessing that my son is allgergic to rice as well...he had a red circle around his mouth after trying plain congee. I will have it confirmed after the food allergy test which will take place in June. I currently give him sweet potato and potato to replace rice.
Add oil... it is so frustrating to see our babies suffering.

IgE for 六種易敏感的食物 - $880
IgG for 113 common food - $3380
I do the test in PathLab medical laboratories ltd.

囡囡係做blood test, 抽血時感覺很可憐!

IgG intolerance test - level from 1(low) to 4(high)
cows milk - 4
rice - 3
其他五穀都有 1
egg white - 3
egg yolk - 2
carrot - 3
potato - 2
重有很多其他食物都有1-2的敏感, 睇到報告時第一個反應是有無搞錯,

現在為有從高敏食物先下手, 好在她的濕疹都不算是很嚴重.
已經介咗蛋, 剛剛轉緊能恩低敏奶粉, 希望ok啦.
再唔得就想下好唔好介飯, 小米得唔得? 小米都有 1度敏感, 算做很輕微. 不過見到有得賣的地方都很細包, 要當做主糧買的很麻煩.

瑪麗醫院過敏科&私家過敏專科醫生都唔會用blood test 做最終測試, 呢啲測試只可以做reference, 濕疹&食物敏感係直接係皮膚反應出嚟, 所以應直接做皮膚測試, 但又以1歲以後做比較好。

我自己都曾經為仔仔的濕疹&食物敏感好煩惱, 所以明白兩位媽媽的心情, 但不要太擔心, 最好兩手準備, 一方面開始去政府排過敏專科, 一方面睇私家。

1歲以下小朋友好容易過敏, 佢哋身體抗體太active便會過敏, 對一種食物過敏, 停止食3個月-6個月再試, 大大吓身體adjust好便食得。

唔需要長期戒食某啲食物, 否則營養不良。

How to 去政府排過敏專科? Which hospital has this 專科?? My girl has serious 濕疹 and see many doctors and got even worse; I will take her to do the blood test tomorrow. I am very upset............

如果真係對牛奶敏感, 飲一般市面上聲稱低敏的係唔得, 我個女都係對牛奶敏感, 佢bb時我餵人奶, 但可能我有食牛奶類ge食物, 佢都可以敏感到面仔, 手, 腳都爛哂, 兼且大便有血絲, 營養師介紹左牛欄牌百佳力俾我個女, 呢隻奶ge味好難飲, 苦苦地又臭臭地, 不過我個女就係鍾意, 轉左後皮膚真係好返哂, 不過如果你想試就最好問左醫生或營養師ge意見先. 其實唔會單係食物問題, 仲有天氣影響, 新年後天氣一直反覆, 我個女d皮膚又反發, 完全不受控制, 結果都係睇中醫, 今次希望可以好返, 都希望所有敏感bb可以快d好返!!!

小麥和小米都係1度, 算輕微, 我都會給她吃pasta, 只是想知道小米可否代替白米一段時間, 同埋那裡可以買到較大包的.

能恩係我哋睇開的家庭醫生介紹的, 都好難飲, 又係苦苦地臭臭地, 不過亞女都肯飲, 希望大家的敏感bb可以快d好返啦!

That's depressing, isnt it? My son had a blood test for cows milk soymilk that showed he's not allergy. He had a skin prick test later @8 months old and showed he's allergic to eggs and nuts. From what i understand, a positive blood test wont be wrong (in your case, your daughter IS allergic to these foods), but even with the negative ones, your daughter might still have allergy. So, take her for a skin prick test when she's older if her ezcema's still bad. In our case, our paed decided to do a skin prick test when our son's back is clear (no rash) so that there is a place for the test.
But it's weird that your daughter is allergic to rice and carrot, they r supposed to be the least allergenic food! ANyway, definitely see a dietician for a balanced diet plan for her. Sorry I cant help much I live in Australia.
