thanx for your reply, infact the sales asked me to buy both, the light blue and the deep sea and ask me to put it on everyday, and even can put it overnite...is that ok?

I have tried both, don't think it's very useful. But I'd like the paper mask for face.
U should talking the light blue (firming)! It's ok to keep overnight! I have been used 28 consecutive days, the result was not as good as I expect! But it did has a slightly improvement
