The system clock is not accurate

Dear Webmaster,

I find that the system clock (the time shown in the web page) is not accurate.

For example, my clock is 11:42 am when I submit this page. Please compare it with the time shown on page.

左上角個鐘就0岩, 不過post message個鐘就快15mins.
