For tomato, which part do you use? I guess we need to remove the skin and the seeds, right?

Yes. Seeds and skin of tomato must be removed.

Po Po prepare congee every for my girl and here are some major integredients

1. Bird Nest
2. Egg Yolk
3. 波菜
4.chicken
5. Pork (for the taste only)
6. 鯇魚
7.紅衫魚
8. carrot
9. bottle food: green peas, sweet potato
10. Tomato

can baby have bird nest now? I heard it needs to be 1yr + before we can feed them bird nest... no??

Thanks moms suggestion on the congee. My baby suddenly don't like congee and rice cereal this week, but he like egg yolk very much. so i would ask my mom to add it to the congee and see see if he eat the congee....

Joshua eats bird nest...

and amazingly... his skin becomes better!!! (Not much red spots!!!)

and I also cook:

1. 馬頭fish

我都聽聞唔好咁早俾bb食燕窩, 因為含有高旦白質就有如食旦白一樣, 一來比較難消化, 二來怕食左會過敏, 旦白都係一歲後先好俾bb開始試食
