I have bad experience with this agent, I have complaint to their management and consumer council, however, no even an apologize is made. There manager said it is not their responsible for their maid previous experience and said my standard is high, so no maid can handle it.

Never try Sunlight too. At first I think they are quite good when I changed my first maid because of theft. Now I just fired another one and I found out that this agent didn't send her back to Indonesia. Instead, they are trying to find her another employer in HK!
