小心這間保險公司!!!

以下只是我個人的不愉快經驗，但買保險最重要是信心，但這間"宏x"保險真的不能予我任何信心，各位ma ma 小心。

Before my baby was born on December last year, I have prepared to buy an medical insurance for her through my company's group insurance.

At the beginning, the insurance company said that the deadline for buying the insurance is 15/12/2004. But since my baby would be delivered on 24/12, I call the agent and ask him whether I can buy the insurance after my daughter has born. He said YES and said that there are also other insurance programme for her.

Then, I applied for the medical insurance for my baby after she had born. The company said that it is processing the application and there should be no problem that I could start keep the medical receipt to claim for the compensation. So I waited for the policy and the medical card from the insurance company.

After THREE MONTHS, I got nothing and no reply. I ask again and again and the answer is still processing. I started to COMPLAIN about it and after about a week, the insurance company said that my baby is not qualified to buy the insurance because it is after the deadline.

They said that i have misunderstood the meaning of the agent who answer me YES!!!!!!

If just because of such a simply reason to refuse my application, the company need THREE MONTHS OR MORE (if I don't compaint it) to process my application.

Because I trust this company, I do not buy other insurance for my baby for 3 months and now I have to find another insurance plan for her.

I deeply feel that the agent of this company is not trustworthy and the adminstration about this company is really pooooooooooooooooor.

I ask for a formal reply and explanation for my case and then...... no reply for my request

Again, I complaint and complaint, they finally reply me and tell me to wait. ( THey are processing about it)

我諗主要係你個agent有問題, 不負責任. 佢地就白紙黑字寫明個deadline, 但個agent就只對你口頭講. 真係好難 '拗' 的. 你試下向 '一周刊'投訴下. 仲有lee度有位member叫 '遙遙爸爸' 佢都係宏記的sales. 你試下同佢反應下睇下幫吾幫手啦.

其實我最不滿的是這公司沒有立即"拒絕"我的投保，更拖至我不斷投訴才處理我的申請，令我的bb失去保障達多月。

依家我自己and我的朋友多數揾銀行買,貪佢地無咁古惑and不會做孤兒單,有事跑去銀行佢一定要應酬我,但保險公司你都唔知去邊到追,最叻未打去hotline

我都係研究緊張保險公司保單轉去銀行做，覺得銀行保費平及較隱陣 :lol:

講起保險公司既agent, 我又講下我哥個先.
bb剛於04年12月出世, 我同我先生都認為暫時不須要買人壽,只須要買醫療, 於是和我的agent說我們的要求, 他回覆是
"只買醫療不可以的, 一定要連人壽成份單一齊買才可以",
朋友教我打上hotline問, hotline姐姐的回覆是"可以的",
唉...點解為左自己賺多少少而講大話.

(呢個agent是新的, 第一次接觸, 原本的agent是我朋友但移民了.)
現在正考慮會否將我同我先生兩份單取消, 係另一間買過.

門診我就係恆生買, 另外係保險公司(當然不是這間保險公司)加一份醫療住院保險!

我有d唔明, 點解買保險都有deadline?? 唔係幾時都買我咩???

不過我都係最唔鍾意這間保險公司, 因為佢d plan好似都幾保護自己利益.
