各位想問下綠豆沙點煲呀?…急

如題.,…(我有臭草,海帶) ,綠豆是否要先浸水呢?, 綠豆是凍水或熱水落? 另海帶及臭草應該幾時落呢

I like to add green bean in cold water, boil 30 min , bean skin will lose and float on the water. Remove the skin and add sugar ( one and half cam sugar) , continue to boil (20 mins) ( can add "hoi die" or herbs now).

Hoi Die is needed to soak before used. I prefer to use herb. Boil herbs 10 min is enough.
