thinking of moving to the 900' units. Phase 2 is very expensive.

for those live in phase 1, is the sound from the boats very annoying at early morning?

for those live in phase 4, would facing the mountain has a lot of insects/ mosquitoes?

一期住唔過, 避風塘D 船好早開(5:00am 吧), 而且好嘈, 大單位向避風塘向北.
四期向山我估應好多昆蟲入屋, 因為我住三期, 不時也有昆蟲, 所以向正山的應幾嚴重.
