According to Labour Dept website, it is illegal. As I'm in my sick leave and no chance to talk to her directly. Colleauge told me that this ex-colleague doesn't want to argue w/ company. Maybe she worry company will "bad-mouth" in her new job in future.
Another ex-colleague, she got fired after one month of maternity leave. The reason is her performance is unsatisfied! This is not violate the law. Within that month, she heard many "bone-words".
My seat area is very small, I think I can't sit-in or move while I'm 7 or 8 months. Upcoming, I know I will hear many "bone-words" to force me to resign. Then company can save this 10 wks salary.
As the bad experience of this 2 ex-colleagues, I'm ready to see "black-face" + "bone-words". Anyway, I have 阿Q精神 and I treat this as train-up for my EQ (my baby, too!) So, I will stay until to enjoy maternity leave.
