I reserved Hotel Crest Sapporo, price ranged from 7000 to 10000 yen, depend on the day... The room is big and have baby's bed included...
I will try it in September

You can search ホテルクレスト札幌 from the website.

You can also book from the hotel website. Just a bit more expensive...
