My baby's 便便 is too hard

My baby is 10 months old, her 便便 are always very hard, just like small stones.
Yesterday, I found that her 便便 mixed with a little blood, because her anus had a little cut by her hard 便便. She drinks a lot of water and eats vegetables and fruits (such as banana and orange) everyday.
So, what should I do? How can her 便便 be softened?
Does it relate to her milk, she eats Enfrgrow A+ now.

Please help!!!

我bb6個月開始都係咁,後來我幫佢轉咗雪印,同埋而家會俾乳酪佢食就好好多喇.

乳酪??我個B飲完就去唔到大便,唔知關唔關是,但其他食物食過都冇事唯獨乳酪.益力多就飲過冇事,而且我個B唔飲得多奶,一飲多過24安/日就便秘.佢現在14個月,這個惱人的事情煩了我8個月,又係由6-7個月開始.

我個囡之前都係咁, 但係我依家一早未俾奶佢飲之前先俾佢飲D水, 黎排D便便就好好多啦..... 你地試試.......

If you have already provided enough water and fibre, you may consider changing the milk formula, sometimes normal milk with additives like Snow Brand, or hypoallergenic formula or even soy milk. Milk allergy can present with constipation too.

If all measures failed, you may have to turn to medicine. Why? If the stool is too hard, it breaks the anus and cause pain and bleeding. Your kid will be very anxious and reluctant to open bowel, causing further constipation and dilatation of the rectum and colon, and bigger and harder stool, and a vicious circle resulted.

Many drugs are safe for kids, don't believe the rational use of drug will cause dependence. It takes years to develop dependence. For example, latulose is very safe in kids, but you have to consult a doctor who will teach you how to find the optimum dose of drug and when and how to tail it off till your kid is totally independent. A typical course of treatment may lasts for a few months.

我個豬仔都轉左雪印3個星期, 加上醫生開左軟便藥(Latulose, 要食足2星期), 而家日日有便便.

我個女又係10個月大, 便便又係好硬, 又係飲水食菜食生果轉奶粉都無用, 想不到前日俾少少火龍果佢試下, 昨日便便開始軟晒, 掂呀!
另外, 我又請教過那位幫BB編時間表的媽媽, 希望可以改善下阿女的生活習慣會有幫助啦.

ME TOO呀....我個BB轉奶後7個月時D便便好硬,

好得人驚架到而家都係,我都有比水,菜粥,果泥佢食都唔得.

比D果汁佢又唔肯飲.佢好怕酸連食紅蘋果都唔肯喎.

我見佢柯就好辛苦.黑色, 又大粒, 又好硬仲搞到肛裂留血呀.

陰公,我都有試過雪X奶粉.不過佢冇咁多營養eg.DHA所以

咪冇比佢飲囉.有d朋友叫我買'得路沙'但我自己又怕有色素又

無比到佢飲呀.我要'勒'佢柯佢先柯.見佢真係好慘.

呢個問題都好煩擾我.仲有冇計呢?

My baby's 便便 also is too hard while change milk from S-26 no.1 to A+2, 便便 is too hard just like small stones. I use 便利通 幫佢放大便. Then I change milk to S-26 no.1, 便便 is soft like before. So my baby is still eating no.1 now.
2004年11月10日出世 屯門醫院 3.47kg.
