Very Very Very冇記性, won't take back clothes if raining.
but at least she can do household work, hard working (I think they JUST want to earn $ in HK)
for those older maid they will concerntrate on the work. not eager to go for hoilday, will not always use mobile phone. That's the point I will still keep my maid.
I had younger maid before, they like to dress up, like to have holiday to "wet" outside.
So I think you can keep your maid, but you have to have a check after her work, just in case she forget this or forget that.
I will not fire too, if she doesn't like cooking, just do simple cooking or buy something to eat.
I had a maid 40 years old and had 10 exp. in HK. She doesn't cooking too because she used to take care twins baby. I just ate simple food like rice vermicilli, fry noodles, steam fish, steam chicken, etc. At least she takes care my kid well. This is the most important.
