yes, you need to get the renew contract from Consulate first, it takes ~1 week, then you could submit the documents (forms 988A, 988B, renew contract, helper's passport, visa and immigration record) online to Immigration. I've submitted yesterday, normally it'll be completed within 10 working days.
I've done it already few days ago. It only takes 3 days for immD to approve the visa. I receive their collection notice thru email. So fast!!!
Sherman: You cannot scan your files in PDF. As they only accept tiff/... I forgot. You may refer to their online submission guidelines.
