i use avent but i think the most important is u don't feed your b with the bottle for the 1st few times and don't feed your b in the same place with the same position when you bf your b. also, don't push your b to drink as much as he/she used to.
actually i asked my hubby or my mum or my helper to feed him coz once 1 feed him, he simply think it's booby time and wanted my breast but NOTHING ELSE he actually drinks much better with other people, then when he get used to the bottle for a bit, i tried to feed him myself (mayb after a day / 2) but i took him to another room, propped him up with cushions instead holding him, he took it well enough to finish 2/3 of the bottle (about 3-4oz when i 1st started, he was almost 3 months back then) i also burp him more often (mayb half way through 1 feed) cos bf bbs are so used to the breast and his/her control of the suction, when they 1st learn to use bottle they might suck up even more air then normal formula feed bbs, sometimes if they have gas in the tummy, they won't feel well enough to drink anymore... but i also check the milk flow (when he seems having trouble to go on drinking / slow down a lot) to my boy, he sometimes sucks too hard and the teat got blocked by air so he couldn't even get a drop a milk out... so i'll have to take the cover off and shake the air / milk out then put it back and continue to feed...
last i also stick with the 4 hours feed no matter he didn't drink much from the last feed (he's 3.5 months old now) , when he's hungry, he normally would finished the whole bottle or if he doesn't i won't push him especially if he looks content and happy, i assume he's had enough.
i'm not sure if these could help you but take it easy and slowly, if you got upset feeding him/her with the bottle, he/she's gonna hate the bottle even more.
let's share and talk more if you want to, good luck! :-P
