急急急！準備炒家庭傭工，可不可以看管她收拾她自己的物品??

有什麼事情還需留意！我的傭人好像有工會支持她，有什麼事情要留意。Many thanks!!

更係可以睇住佢執野啦,不過我覺得最安全既,就係係agent度先check佢d行理囉,所以依家我炒工人,係唔會睇住佢執野,我會係agent度先要佢一件一件咁拎出來check,仲要agent出面要個工人拎d行理出來比僱主check,全程我係一d都唔會掂個工人既物品,仲有全程唔會比個工人打電話,唔會同個工人講咁多野,唔會有身體上既接觸,總之有咩事,就返到agent度先至傾.

我以前炒賓賓個時, 佢好冷靜話要落街買紅白藍袋, 但返上來乜都無買過, 我估佢係打電話比姊妹求助。

跟住再炒印印, 佢自己攞行李比我CHECK, 但SHOW既地方當然係無野啦, 但我親自CHECK, 連化裝同暗袋都CHECK埋, 比我發現佢偷了我好多化妝品。我叫佢解釋, 佢話見太太唔用咪自己用, 唔想浪費喎。

同埋我發覺, 我掉D唔用既野, 好多時印印會攞番黎用, 以前既係咁, 宜家既印印都係咁, 我話唔可以, 佢答, 太太唔用所以先執番黎寄返印尼既家人用, 我就同佢講, 唔要既野好多時係已變壞, 唔用得, 以後唔好執垃圾(咁DIRTY)。

係呀,d印印好cheap架,佢地連垃圾都唔會放過的,所以做僱主既我地就要連垃圾都要處理埋,要等佢地不在家時,才將d唔要既物品掉出去後樓梯既垃圾桶內,你地話係唔係好煩丫.

Thank you for your kind advice. I would like to ask some questions:

1. Could Bun Bun bring pillow, bedsheet...etc out?
2. Should my mother also stay in the house when we are firing bun bun? It is because the employer is my mother & we have already arranged the termination letter with my mother signature.

Should I use video to record her packing & not allow her to use phone to call her friend, I ask my mother come to be a witness. One thing I really worry if she or her friend would damage our cars in car park?

When I fired my ex-bun last time,

! DID use videocam to record the whole process, including she packed her own stuff... I didn't restrict her to use her mobile coz SHE must talk talk talk to her friends and asked for help...

Yes I also called my friends to come as witness (mother may not be so 'perfect')

I didn't worry of she would damage our car (same as you, my car is in car park) coz you will inform secu you've fired that maid and tell him not allow her to come in future in the face of your maid (yes, u may feel very odd BUT i think if she isn't be too you won't fire her and this can let her know you have done something to protect yourself!!! )

and we change the doorlocks at the time she packed her stuff... so she 'knew' we did change our locks... and she couldn't come back again!!!

no worry, my ex-bun has good connection in HK maid asso but the process I fire her is okay.

1. I've gone thro' the employment ordinance + immd ordinance,...

2. settle all expenses, holidays, air tickets

As long as you do all your part and never let her find some 'backdoor' to sue you, that's okay...

which agent I can call to look at the old maid to go? Is it the agent i employed her ? It's because I employ my new maid at another agent.
