-帶定kids jacket to supermarket with yr kid and her, wait and see, doesl she put on the jacket for them.
-does she always play with them after she finish her work.
-will she report to you that the kids take more or less for their lunch or dinner.
Just remind you, if she love and care your kids, it is bonus, if not, maybe she is not 細心enought， 用時間培養吧

If your maid will bring the baby to the playroom in your Club House or outdoor children playground, I think one of the effective method is watching her secretly there.
Whenever I have time, I will bring my baby to some children playgrounds or just playroom in the Club House. And sometimes I may bring my baby within office hours during weekdays (because most of the employers are working at that time and therefore most of the maids will bring the kids there and chat together). Then you can see so many different pictures in the playroom. Some maids bring kids, gather together with other maids to chat and eat, leaving the baby unattended. Some maids are very responsible, they will follow the kids whenever the kids run. That means you'll see who are the good maids and who are the bad maids.
And I'll talk to the HK mommies in the playroom, you may find some who are full-time housewifes (that means they maybe in the playroom very often) and then ask whether she see my maid with the baby in the playroom before. Ask the housewifes how my maid performs in the playroom during weekdays.
And also if I see any bad maid who lives in the same building, I will tell her employer too when I meet the employer of that maid later (of course provided the maid is not with the employer at the time I talk to the employer)
If you have time, take one rest day during weekdays secretly and don't tell your maid, watch her secretly (hide yourself in the street) how she performs (e.g. on the way she takes the kids to school, hide near the outdoor children playground etc.) This method is taught by my ex-colleague and I think it really works.
My maid is not too bad but she treats my baby so so as she thinks taking care of my baby is only "a job". But of course she pretends to be loving and caring to my baby so much (e.g. always kiss him when I'm at home). She also chats with other maids in the playroom as well as leaving my baby unattended sometimes. Therefore, I didn't renew contract with her and find another one.
