1) 1 month salary
2) annual leave pay = $3,270/31 X 7 days X ?? months of service /12
3) $100.- traffic and meal allowance of the last day
4) notify HK immigration dept by letter, quoting VCA no. name of maid, passport no. and reason of termination
5) one way air-ticket from HKG-Jakarta /Surabaya / Manila
6) Formal termination letter to the maid
7) Receipt of salary, including all payment of above (1 month salary + this month salary + annual leave payment+ 100.- last day allowance), receipt of air-ticket from HKG to JKT/SUB/MNL, make sure it is signed by your maid before you pay her everything!!!
8) prepare to check her lugguages before she leaves your home
9) Get her to the mobile phone shop to cut the service before you send her to the airport
10) I will choose to send her to airport by myself to avoid her play tricks

But is it still have 2 weeks gap for the terminated maid to find a new employer in HK ? Why need to send her to airport ?

Personally, I won't care if she can get a new employer in HK or not, in case she can get a new employer, she has to go back her homeport and go for the application all over again. Legally, she can leave in HK for 14 days after your termination. However, I will send her back once I terminate her. I suggest you to send her to airport by yourself because this can avoid her to stay in HK to 玩野 (ie. like accusing you/sue you with their newly established union!!!) If I were you, I definitely will issue the air-ticket and send her to the airport and check-in with her, then I will tell the check-in staff that it is her 2nd time travel, pls accomany her all the way to the boarding gate, so 99% she will get to the plane and go back to her home. This can minimise the chance for her to stay in HK to sue you/accuse you.
For termination letter, I just have a simple draft for you here:
Ms. xxxxxx xxxxxxx (your maid's full name), holder of passport no. : XXXXXXXXX (maid's passport no.
This serve to inform you that your employment contract no. VCA xxx-xxxx as a domestic helper will be terminated effective from 00th July 2005. <--- this date should include her annual leave(e.g. you have to give pro-rated 10 days of annual leave, then add 10 days after the actual date you will send her back).
I will furnish you with the air-ticket from HKG to Jakarta/Surabaya/Manila, 1 full-month salary in lieu of notice for termination, X days annual leave pay and meal allowance of last day. Your signature is required as the appendix enclosed upon reciept of all the above.
