1) 你何時開始没有在 office 泵奶?
2) 那時你的 bb 多少個月大?
3) 他/她(那時)在你上班期間的飲食時間表/餐單是怎樣?

我未到呢個階段,不過我打算泵到一歲!!
因為我個女番托兒所,一歲開始有固定餐單(有早餐-通心粉/粥,午餐-飯仔,下午茶-茶點),佢地唔會再餵奶比bb,所以我都唔需要準備奶奶比佢返學!!打算到時早晚埋身,晚餐就食飯仔!!

Hi monkichi and others, following is my case for your reference.

1) 你何時開始没有在 office 泵奶?
2) 那時你的 bb 多少個月大?
When my baby is about 12-13 months old, provided that I don't have to work overtime. Otherwise I need to pump once at around 6:00pm.

3) 他/她(那時)在你上班期間的飲食時間表/餐單是怎樣?
7:00/7:30am - breastfed
9:30/10:00am - congee with meat/cheese/eggyolk
12:30/1:00pm - congee with meat & vegetable
3:30/4:00pm - snack (bread, fruit) plus 1 - 2 oz milk (he does not like bottle freezed milk)
6:30/7:00pm - breastfed
8:30pm - rice with fish/meat & vegetable
10:00/10:30pm - breastfed
2:00/3:00am - breastfed

4) 你(那時)每天埋身餵多少次?
See above.

5) 你(那時)每天泵奶多少次?
Once at 6:30 or 7:00pm when I am feeding him after work.

Time flies, my kids are 12 and 10 years old now

孩子16個月開始,沒有在公司泵奶.因為她下午兩餐為固體食品.不吃奶奶了.
只有早晚埋身餵.沒有固定泵奶時間.泵出來也只是做儲備,以備我夜收工之需.
不泵奶的原因.是儲備滯消.

當時我都在BK問過意見,不少經驗媽咪都說不泵奶都足夠BB吃.

我相信奶是足夠BB吃的,但泵卻不多.現在僅能維持每次1-2oz.
如果要儲一瓶9oz奶,便要積少成多.

很久沒有谷奶的感覺.
有時也會發夢.夢見很容易泵到8-9oz奶的情景.

如果不是太麻煩的.建議還是維持泵奶好.

我是在兒子十個多月大開始，沒有在公司泵奶的。
當時是因為沙士，把奶拿進拿出覺得很不安全，所以只在出門前和回家後泵。
由於當時孩子尚小，有幾天的過渡期是在公司泵一至兩安士出來，以免乳腺炎，其後習慣就不會太脹了。
在公司停泵後，出門前我會泵一次約三至四安士，回家後泵一次約六至九安士，這樣每天九至十三安士的產量，加上原已儲起約二百五十安士的庫存，寶寶未嘗缺糧之慮，這狀況維持至兒子一歲九個月，我懷上妹妹的時候。

Thank you for raising this question as I was also thinking of asking this question recently!

My BB is now 14 1/2 months old but I'm still pumping two times a day in the office as he keeps drinking a lot of milk but eating only little solid !! sigh!!

His timetable is as follows:

8 am breastfeed
11 am breast milk 8 oz
1 pm rice with veg (half bowl)
2 pm fruit
4 pm breast milk 8 oz
6.30 pm breastfeed
8 pm rice with veg (half bowl)
10.30 pm breastfeed
4 am/6 am breastfeed

Could you share your case?

我是從ryan 9個多月大起冇再帶奶泵返工泵, 因當時經常上大陸工作, 每次帶上帶落很辛苦, 亦怕雪在大陸的雪櫃唔安全。自此以後我除非放工後不是立即回家我才會帶泵, 其餘的都係返到屋企才泵。我放工回家用兩個泵一齊泵, 每天泵一次, 每次約有9-11安, 已足夠ryan第二天的食量。這樣一直唯持到而家, 不過最近開始懶, 一夠8安我就收工。
我返工期間, ryan會食兩餐各4安的奶, 另加兩餐飯仔, 還有水果, 餅等...佢超級胃食, 人地食乜都有佢份, 我都希望我媽不要什麼都比佢食, 但我控制不到呢!
至於埋身餵, 我放工後連訓教前會餵三次左右, 朝早出門口前亦會比佢邊餵邊訓, 半夜都冇乜幾何要食, 半夜一餐冇餵之後早上起身都不怎樣谷了! 有時朝早朦查查都唔sure自己餵左佢未! ?-(

my bb is now 20 months, but i still pump twice at my office, however, the output has been dropped a lot recently because of pressures.
total output for twice pumping is around 7 ozs, enough for his one meal of bottle everyday. i directly breastfed him when i return home and morning, sometime once at midnight( but he just needs me for sleeping).

but when i am still not yet arrived home, he will talk to my maid" ai, nine nine ...". and now he always calls me " nine nine" rather than ma ma.

Dear all experienced moms,

Just wanna have some ideas from you all. My bb is about 7 months old. He started eating cereal at 6 months and he loved it so much. He's now having 2 meals of cereals each day. Ever since after, my milk production during lunch time at the office drops significantly from 7-8oz to now just 2-3oz !!! This is because my reflex doesn't come all of a sudden!! I've tried massage before but it's futile. I try squeezing with my hands also... but not even a single drop comes out. "Reflex, where are you?"

The worst is that, my b didn't like direct bf since he was 5 months. So I can just bf him during mid-night and early in the morning when he is asleep. So ... anybody can teach me what to do? I'm so desparate these days!! I don't wanna give up so early 'cos in fact I do have milk but I just can't express them out! This situation is maintaining for 2 weeks... another horrible thing is that my period suddenly came this morning !! Will this be a signal that end my bf life ?? :-(

各位媽咪,
多謝你們的分享.

我本來有 2 個 avent 泵, 但最近跌爛了一個. 正考慮是否再買一個新的, 還是不再在 office 泵奶 .....
一方面因為囝囝已 1 歲大, 吃固體食物亦算吃得不錯. 而且我在 office 泵的奶, 他通常都不用吃 (因早晚泵的奶已夠他第二天吃)
但另一方面, 我怕泵少一次奶之後, 奶量會大跌 .... (我之前每日泵 4 次奶, 但自從減少到 3 次之後, 奶量大大大大大跌)
還有, 我囝囝上星期病了, 不吃固體食物, 只吃奶. 我每天泵的 3 瓶奶剛好夠他病時吃. 所以我怕萬一我減少泵奶, 而他又病了的話, 就不夠奶給他吃 .....

有點懊惱, 不知怎決定好 :-|

要上班的日子, 我會泵 3 次奶. 不用上班的日子, 我會泵 2 次.

我囝囝的進食時間表:
7am 左右埋身餵
9am 左右 4 - 6 oz 奶
12:30 左右粥仔/飯仔 1 碗
4:30 左右 4 - 6 oz 奶
6:30 左右粥仔/飯仔 1 碗
9pm 左右埋身餵
半夜埋身餵 1 - 2 次
奶和粥之間會吃小食, 如餅乾, 乳酪, 水果

7am 和 9pm 我會邊餵邊泵, 另 1pm 會在 office 泵奶.

Hi monkichi,

Thanks for bring up this topic as I also wanted to know when I can stop pumping milk at work. My baby is 10 months now and plan to stop when she is 1 year old. But after reading all the stories, I start to wonder, if it will work

Here's the time table of my baby:
06:00am Breastfeed
09:30am Bottlefeed (7oz)
12:30pm Congee / Baby Rice (followed by 4oz milk)
16:30pm Bottlefeed (7oz)
19:30pm Congee / Baby Rice (followed by 4oz milk)
20:00pm Breatfeed

Anyhow, does anyone knows how much milk does a normal 1 year old baby need daily?
