Case to share with you.

On 8-Oct-2010: We were interested in a pair of shoes from AgxxxB. The requested size was display item, we refuse to accept. The sales guaranteed to deliver a brand new pair from the storehouse. We agreed on this arrangement and paid. The expected delivery date is 10-Oct-2010.

On 10-Oct-2010: We tried to picked up the shoes from the said shop, but we found significant defects on the shoes. We asked for another one but the sales said they need some time for inventory check.

On 11-Oct-2010: We phoned to customer services of that company. The operator on line said they need another week to check for the defects of the shoes, by then the product exchange period as mentioned on the invoice will expire. The operator cannot guarantee the delivery of product as it might be out of stock in HK. She also insisted that there is a "No refund" policy in her shop but welcomed us to exchange for other products.
