I'm going to fire my maid next week. If I scheduled to fire her on next wednesday, then which day of the air ticket i need to book ? exactly on wednesday ?

of course. If you want to fire her, i think you want her disappear immediately. But you need to make sure she can get the flight. If she doesn't want to go on that date she will go to airline to change it. Don't worry.
