taking care of a us-borned baby is not a sufficient reason that you can get a residency in the states. when your baby gets to 18yrs old, he/she can apply you to the states.

i think you'd better consult an immigration lawyer about your case.

thank you~,你都係s.f.架,你住邊個區架,我之前住落日區架,住係婆婆屋企你bb幾大啦,我想bb返學就返去,但係佢要幾時開始返學至啱呀~

3-4yr - old pre-school/nursery
5yr old - kindergarten
6yr old - grade 1 = p.1 in hk

there are private and public schools. and public school starts from kinderkarten

rough figures for reference only.

in sf, nursery runs from 600-1500per month for 11-12payments per annum. public school, i dont think you have to pay. but the public school in san francisco is not very good, you better check them out before deciding to bring your kid back.
